KPMG Management consulting-SAP practice - Unprofessional set up
SAP practice in KPMG is very raw and unprofessional set up and it is poorly managed by partner who is inexperienced in SAP.
Partners are only meant for exploiting consultants and they do not know anything about SAP, project management.
They do not have any long term vision to make successful practice and they always treat experienced professionals very rudely.
Will suggest experienced people to avoid SAP practice in KPMG as they will treat you badly and exploit you for to their benefit to keep them intact in Partnership position.

Expect High Salary but Work/Life balance is not good
1) I worked as a financial management consultant in the manufacturing industry consulting division and was a director.
2) If the organization of the consulting department is mainly composed of the project team, you can not keep work / balance when you participate in the project.
3) More than the directors set a sales target at the beginning of each year, and a penalty will be given if you can not achieve your goal at the end of the year.
