fun workplace with new challenge
If you are entry level, I definetly recommend this place.
As a consultant, I learned the interpersonal skills, as I meet various clients in different industry.
Also, you will improve lots of presentation skills, because you will have lots of opportunities to speech in presenation with competitor company for certain projects.
Then, you might want to put lots of effert and time for your studing for each projects, as a consultant.
About oranization, many senior/managerare usually very smart and cooperate. You might learn from them, as a role model. In other side, you may feel different about directors/project leader are different. About your co-workers are very aggressive/competitive.
Points positifslots of responsility and new experience.
Exciting, vibrant workplace
I spent a week in the Actuarial Department during my Transition Year Work Experience. I was Work shadowing various people, all were very accommodating and developed my interest in this area. They helped me to understand things I was unsure of and gave me meaningful tasks.

Not suitable for long term development in financial technology field
Main business is consulting work, not enough focus on technology innovation. Working environment is flexible. Suitable for graduate to gain more fundamental knowledge.
Fun place to work for
Good view of Darlinh-Harbar.
