A challenge has been working in the Public Sector environment daily and having to adapt to the environment instantly.
I overcame this challenge by putting my focus on building relationships with Public Sector Officials from the lower ranks to the management ranks with an inquisitive approach to understand the sector, its structure and its policies.
This resulted in being identified as one of the key role players within the project and being allowed the opportunity to spread throughout the regions.
The most enjoyable part is gaining valuable skills daily, offering solutions to challenges and continuously developing as a professional

Challenging Work Environment
A typical day at work would start off with a Monday management/ Status update meeting.
I would run with my tasks that have to be completed, if i finish them before they are due i would find out what the next plan of action would be and start planning and giving inputs.
I have grown from a graduate to a working class person with many skills.
The hardest part of my Job is getting the client to help meet deadlines, as I am on a client project and not office based.
The most enjoyable part of my job is working with different people day after day, learning and developing new skills and knowledge

Professional friendly environment
Everyday had a new challenge. As part of an audit you would work in an audit team that is diverse and from different backgrounds. This allows an individual to grow a lot by learning from others and then using what you have learnt to coach your other team members.

Desciplined
All though i did not get to work long at KPMG i can honestly say it was a good working place that gave me a good learning curve of dedication and helped me to be disciplined. I have learned a lot there and it is a great working place
