Service line manager and training facilitator
Work starts at 8:30am and may extend overnight. Most audit managers handle numerous accounts/engagements from various industries where service rendered vary from statutory audit to other assurance services. Its difficult to maintain a work/life balance considering work extends even on sundays especially to those engagements with tight deadlines.
Aside from being in the service line, i am also active in facilitating training courses on sampling and data and analytics. being a facilitator is one of the most enjoyable part of the job. the hardest part I would say is managing manpower and continuity of the work considering there is a consistent high turnover of professionals.
KPMG Philippines for 7 years gave me an opportunity to hone my communication skills and critical thinking. I was sent to attend several ASPAC seminars for facilitators which enhanced my knowledge on Sampling and Data and Analytics in Audit.

productive and fun work environment
A typical day at work was so tiring because there is always a lot of things to do mostly, because when i worked there before it was the BIR season. I have learned the different techniques in fixing microsoft word problems during those times and i also became a computer literate. The management and the co-workers are easy to be with and they are very approachable and accommodating but the hardest part in working there was lack of sleep. But i manage to overcome that situation and the most enjoyable part was that me and my coworkers are became more closer and helpful to each other.

My previous job provided me an experiencial oppurtunities to maximize my ability.
Well at first it was difficult but as time goes by as I learned the nature of the job, it made me maximize my ability to think, to do, to communicate, to feel and to be a better individual. I've seen some co-workers and superior which served as my models on how to put more meaning and significance in any situation of the job. The hardest part of the job, is that it requires long hours, have to travel everyday with the traffic so annoying and stressful. I enjoyed travelling in other places such as CDO and others.

Annual Chirstmas party and summer party
Most of the time were are in the main office to manage our various clients. I learned time management and resilience. My co-workers were very hardworking and willing stay over night just to finish our tasks. Hardest part of the job is lack of time. Because we need to attend to our clients need at the same or limited time. Enjoyable part is the contentment after all the audit procedures were done,

Develop Accounting Profession
Since work is in external audit, work-life balance is not applicable to this kind of job. You work more than 8 hours. People are good and nice to work but only having hard time completing job because of the client's late response on samples being requested. The hardest part of the job is it does not allow you to go home on time. But overall, I have learned so much on how to apply my accounting knowledge.

Do not have a straight direction for employees.
They need to focus on the retention program, every month you will see employee leaving the company, the management should improve on the system that they use for the employees and give employees credits for the hard work that they do.
