6 years as Customer Service advisor in Managed Services in Leeds, keep away unless you are happy to leave your principles at the door.
Motto is "We want you to be happy at work" should also say, "As long as you agree with us" You are quite welcome to criticise the job, it only means you are marked as a trouble maker and your experience will be ignored. They promote wet behind the ears teenagers and not experienced staff. Try it if you want to work in a backstabbing snakepit, good luck!

Professional & Prodiuctive Workplace
Hours were 9am to 5pm, learned to manage my day well to achieve the required outcomes.
Management were very active, with a relaxed but professional culture.
Hardest part of the role was meeting the required deadlines and maintaining the expected standards.
Most enjoyable would be attaining the required standards and keeping them, and meeting like minded people.

Challenging and Varied
Not knowing what work is going to be required.
I have learned quite a few different skills and improved on others ie Powerpoint.
Co workers very friendly and have enjoyed all tasks given to me.
The hardest part of the job is having authorisaton to complete tasks.

Very high expectations no work life balance (for me anyway).
Not good on-boarding - cost me a holiday with poor on-boarding comms.
No good early support and expectation of long hours.
Very stressful working environment.

Productive and fun workplace
Used bespoke client software alongside primary and secondary resources to complete AML checklists for various bank customers. Learnt a lot of regulatory guidance in respect of Financial Crime regulation (AML/CTF).
