The workplace culture is great due to the bullet proof People Development policies that are upgraded over and over to ensure employee welfare.
Some of the managers tend to be unfair and expect their teams to pull harsh hours such as weekend working and late nights. The experience for such teams turns quite sour.
It largely depends what kind of team you are part of.

Work is not good ...If you are not a hard core developer, then there is no guarantee what work you are going to get. It does not matter if you have been promised moon and stars during your interview. They can give you even entry level job..
which will not be beneficial to your career. I started looking outside before completion of a year. Not many good projects either. Have seen similar dissatisfaction among many of my colleagues who are not into development.

Productive and overall growth
Working with KPMG was the best part of my career. The seniors are supportive and make sure we grow along with them. For the dedicated people the success and growth is for sure. Its the best place to work for women as well and the work life balance for mother-to-be or be it a working mother, KPMG has everything in place to support them. I wish to join back KPMG if I ever have an option.
