All i am today is due to my KPMG experience
Audit experience has taught me alot of things including how to manage work in team envoirnment, how to lead a team of about 15 to 20 people and how to encourage and motivate them to complete their work at their given time which is beneficial for their as well as my own rating within the company. I made lot of friends specially my juniors, They were quite satisfied with my behaviour with them and they used to like my company and the used to like working under my sepurviosion.
The hardest part of my job at KPMG was working late hours at night although i got used to it but still it was the hardest.
Points positifsCompany provided lunch, Company provided car
Points négatifsLate sittings, Distance from the immediate supervisor

KPMG Review
KPMG is one of the top 4 Auditing Firms in the world. I've learned the professionalism in terms of its most aspects weather how to meet clients, how to negotiate with partners and suppliers, how to plan and organize your day.
I've received many academic trainings certified by Harvard Online University which helped me to do my work at the best way.
Learning a lot from its Standard added many skills and improved my knowledge.
Being a multi-task person, is not a quit easy, however with the right planing and organizational skills, it will always be possible just like what I have been doing in KPMG.

Stressful
KPMG Gulf was a very stressful environment to be in. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. No proper induction was provided or even instructions for daily work. I was assigned to many clients and whilst some of my supervisors were a delight to work for, there was always pressure in the workplace to meet deadlines without any clear instruction or guideline. It was a lot of travel and no credit was given, no appreciating for a work well done, hence it was demotivating to say the least.
Points positifs-
Points négatifsLong hours, boring, unfriendly management

Work atmosphere
The work environment here is good but at the same time hectic.
As i manage a department of 15 management leads and 50 audit staff I have to keep track on various tasks- including the department revenue/ closings each month and year end.
This multiple tasking experience has given me the ability to work faster and bring out ideas to better manage extreme pressure.
Points positifsLunches/ quarterly events/ friendly atmosphere/ flexability
Points négatifsSlow upward promotions/ lack of appreciation/ low salary
